Ahead of the EU elections, the European Vegetarian Union, representing 46 civil society organisations across Europe, is developing a report based on questionnaires sent to political parties and Europarties on subjects related to our food policy recommendations.

The report, titled Plant-based Politics: the 2024 EU Election Guide will comprise answers from dozens of political parties across Europe and analyses of Europarty manifestos. It will be presented in an online event on the 15th of May, at 10:30h CEST followed by a roundtable debate.

The topics of discussion will centre around the Farm2Fork Strategy and the policy recommendations in the Plant-Based Manifesto.
